HK University's Kadoree Agricultural Research Centre took 5 years and HK$10 million from HK relevant authorities to develop and has presented this premium breed since 2002. It has strong resistance of disease, low in fat and rich in protein with a tender and delicious taste. All the process from breeding, raising to slaughter are taken place in Hong Kong. Every chicken has to pass double quarantine before delivery.
由香港大學和嘉道理農業研究所共同開發的純種雞,由交配、繁殖、飼養及銷售完全在香港進行。嘉美雞的特色是皮薄、骨細、肉質嫩滑、脂肪少、有雞香味;含豐富骨膠原及不含任何添加激素或添加劑。嘉美雞有蛋產量高、熟後肉質較爽口、抗病力較強的優勢。每批雞出售前均經雙重檢疫,確保雞隻沒有病毒,再由試食組進行肉質味道測試後,始運送發售。
Wah Kee Farm imported the British Bath Premium Pigs for further breeding in Hong Kong since 1966. Fodder includes top grade wheat grown in self-owned farm in England , no-pesticide soy powder and corn imported from the U.S. Systematic management over the whole process of production, top hygiene standard, spacious living enviroment for pigs and enviromental friendly. The farm has obtained ISO9001 which guaranteed standards of meat safety, consistency and quality.

All our seafood are sustainable wild caught and recommended by WWF except Pangasius, Norweigian Salmon and Scottish Salmon which are farmed. Green mussels and Irish Salmon are organic.
